 Time and Material (T&M)

Some customers with strong, well-trained network staffs prefer the per incident basis of requesting on-site field support on an as needed basis. The costs associated with obtaining support in this manner are individual charges for each service performed, i.e., travel and labor charges. Dispatch is on a best effort basis.

 

Service Includes:

bulletOn-site repair or replacement of contracted hardware
bulletResponse time on a best effort basis
bulletReplaced parts [if provided by us] are warranted for 30 days
bulletCalls are billed monthly. We require a purchase order prior to dispatch.
